Panchayat is beautifully crafted honest and touchy script. Chandan kumar gives you deeper look of rural Indian life. It’s simple, authentic and engaging.

Peformances

Jitendra kumar , Raghuvir yadav and Neena gupta will hijack your heart with their performances.  Chandan Roy as Vikas has given fantastic performance; he steals your attention every time he comes on screen. All other supporting characters will also catch your eyes.

Weak Part


As each episode is based on specific topic and issues, there is lack of continuity feeling for the plot.  The story line could have been journey which develops from one episode to another and drags you in its world deeper. The individual episode approach disconnects you from over all flow of storytelling.
